Storage:
Store your jewelry, especially sterling silver, in an airtight container when not in use. Exposure to oxygen, moisture, and other chemicals can cause metals to tarnish or lose their shine. If you’re not planning to wear a piece for a while, avoid leaving it out—small resealable bags like Ziplocs work perfectly!

Preventing Tangles:
To minimize tangling, close all clasps before storing your jewelry.

Chemical Exposure:
While our jewelry is swim, sweat, and shower-proof, prolonged exposure to chlorine, pools, hot tubs, or spas should be avoided to maintain its brilliance.

Cleaning and Polishing:
If your jewelry starts to dull or tarnish, don’t worry—it can easily regain its shine. Any quality jewelry cleaner will do the trick.

We’re happy to accept like-new products for return or exchange for any reason, provided the return is shipped back (i.e., the label is scanned) within 30 days of delivery. Please note the following:

General Return & Exchange Information:

• Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Enjoy free shipping on all exchange orders.
• Returns: A $3 fee for the return label will be deducted from your refund.
• Return Shipping Label: Once a return label is created, the package must be scanned and shipped within 10 days for the return to be accepted.

Canada Customers:
While we’re unable to offer exchanges for international orders, we do accept returns.

Sales and Promotions:
